Refund Policies
We at ZNF Mining want you to be completely satisfied with our product (Raw Materials) and/or mining services you receive from us. Please let us know if you have any questions, concerns, or problems. Responses to your email will automatically land in our inbox.
For any reason, if you are dissatisfied, please contact us first (email is sufficient) and give us an opportunity to resolve any problem and set up right. If we cannot resolve it, we will issue a refund upon submission of the refund form.
Our 60-day refund policy is to be risk-free and protect our business from fraud. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse.
The refund process usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. However, in some cases, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
If you’ve misused or mishandled our products and/or our services to reach your targets, we will no longer offer a refund.
If you consider the product or service not worth its money, we would love to talk to you about that. We consider our products and services a bargain and value good feedback. While it remains at our discretion to grant a refund, we will work hard to make you satisfied.
